Unfortunately, smaller operators suffer because they don't need all the "bells and whistles" that proactive safety and quality teams have come to expect in SMS Pro.
Since ABC is an SMS Pro variant, most of the documentation and training videos can be faithfully shared across the systems without losing context. TASSC will, as time permits, remove SMS Pro branding from documentation to reduce confusion.

Some of these modules below have been simplified. As an example, most small operators (and startups) don't need an integrated Fishbone diagram to illustrate the root cause(s) of reported safety concerns. While Fishbone Diagrams are cool, they suit larger operators with full-time safety and quality managers.
